  • A Lucanian Red-Figured Bell Krater, attributed to the Vaste Painter
  • terracotta
  • Height 13 in. 33 cm.
painted with a youth holding a stick moving swiftly to right in pursuit of a woman holding a sash or fillet, the ends of his cloak held by a second woman at left, three conversing draped youths on the reverse, two holding staffs.
