Pile generally good, 1/8th of an inch, dark browns oxidized to knotheads.
Areas of wear at the center of the rug, disclosing foundation, approx. 3x2" and 4x2.5"
Smaller scattered areas of foldwear, particularly in left border.
Original two cord blue wool selvages intact, with minor losses.
Missing outer end guard stripes, ends partially secured with a binding stitch, recommend securing.
Scattered spot stains and surface dirt, will enhance with cleaning.
Supple handle, good, dense pile, overall in good condition.
