Condition

This work is offered unframed. Canvas is not lined (a patch on the reverse corresponds to the lower edge, right, recto). SURFACE: work is in estate condition; needs cleaning and re-tacking (much of upper edge has come free from stretcher)--canvas is loose on stretcher; a few scattered tiny holes (right, in sky; center, also in sky); there is a repair in front of aforementioned patch UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: hard to see through old varnish--there are a few dark spots--can't tell if they're dirt, glaze/varnish drips or old repaints
