Condition

Generally in good condition. The canvas is lined. Craquelure throughout surface. Under ultraviolet light: an old thick varnish, small dots of inpainting throughout, especially in background, at ends of hairline on forehead and under the sitters lower lip, along with areas at edges to address frame abrasion.
