Very good condition for an object of this type and age. Very minor marks, nicks, scratches, abrasions, and small chips consistent with age and use. Exceptionally fine medium brown wood patina visible at high points beneath thick crusty black and varied ritually-applied material. Shallow surface chip near proper left eye.
