General discoloration of the tinted shagreen on the entire surface, giving it a cloudy aspect. Old restorations on the shagreen more notably on the top, the right lid, the front and the back. A crack in the shagreen on the top rim. The two top lids are slightly loose. The white elements are in fact ivory and not bone.
