Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although overall tonality is lighter and brighter in the original and the illustration fails to convey the pearlescent nature of the glaze. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals hairline cracks and a few small associated chips to the glaze in isolated places. There is a hairline crack running across the lower half of the work and a small crack to the top left corner tip, both of which appear to have been stabilised.
