The canvas has an old relining. Ultraviolet light reveals notable a circa 2 by 5cm area of retouching in the sky in the upper centre, a minor smaller area above the horizon to the right, and strokes along the framing edges. The work would likely benefit from a surface clean, and is otherwise in good overall condition. Presented in a simple gilt frame, with a cloth-covered inner slip.
