Some of the application of the green paint crosses into the gilt portions, which appears inherent and not an issues of condition. The gilt portions of the decorative scheme with gentle rubbing, minor areas of discoloration, and some minor abrasions. The handles with some minor losses to the gilt surfaces which cover the small nail heads affixing the handles. The interiors of the drawers are painted in a cream hue. The interior of the drawers with some minor paint losses to the top surfaces from repeated contact with the case.
