Condition
The panel is flat, even and ensuring a stable support. There are a couple of very minor spots of old paint flaking in the lower-left corner to the lower-left of the signature. Ultra-violet light reveals some small minor strokes of retouching in the sky, primarily the lower part towards the buildings' roofs. This painting is in good condition and apart from some slightly yellowed spots of varnish in the sky, is clean and ready to hang.
The colours in reality are somewhat less pink overall than in the catalogue illustration.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame, with a fabric-covered inner slip.
