Condition

Neither sheet is laid down, but is attached intermittently along the edges to the mat. Both sheets have some scattered tiny traces of gilding at the lower edge. (i) There is a faint stain to the right of the hill and at the centre of the lower edge (visible in the catalogue illustration), otherwise good overall condition. (ii) some losses in the thicker areas of ink, as visible in the catalogue illustration, and old creases notably vertically in the centre. Some old traces of adhesive visible along the upper edge.
