Condition
Unexamined out of the frame and under glass. The pigments appear to have faded slightly with age, and there are some possible signs of light surface rubbing in the crowds towards the left and right of the composition and a tiny tear just visible at the lower part of the left edge, above the signature. This work is in good overall condition.
The colours are somewhat less intense overall in reality and less pink than in the catalogue illustration.
