Condition
The canvas has an old relining. Ultraviolet light reveals notably a number of scattered spots of old retouching in the sky and along the left and upper framing edges. There are some localised minor areas of faint hairline craquelure as visible in the catalogue illustration. The overall appearance of the work is good and it is ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame with a nameplate.
