Condition
Both panels are flat, even and stable. In each case the old varnish fluoresces and there appear to be only minor spots of retouching, notably: in (i), La Lecon, a spot in the teacher's dress and towards the lower right corner, and in (ii) Le Chat spots in the ground in the lower left. This paintings are both in good condition and could benefit from a light surface clean.
Each presented in a separate decorative gilt frame.
