Condition

The canvas has not been lined. There is a faint stretcher mark parallel to the the four edges, and scattered faint lines of craquelure. Apart from a few very minor pinhead-sized spots of retouching in the sky, notably to the centre of the stretcher mark near the upper edge, this painting is in very good virtually original condition, and is ready to hang. Presented in a decorative modern gilt frame.
