Condition

The board is flat and even. There are some faint, thin scratches near the centre of the right edge, and a small circa 2 by 2cm area with spots of abrasion near the lower part of the left edge. Ultra-violet light reveals scattered small spots of retouching primarily in the sky, and notably clustered strokes in the blue pigments in the upper left corner. The overall condition of this work is good and it is ready to hang. Presented in a simple gold-painted frame.
