Condition
The canvas has not been lined. There are scattered faint fine lines of craquelure consistent with an unlined painting of this age, and a faint horizontal stretcher bar in the centre. Under ultraviolet light the only visible notably retouching is strengthening to a cloud in the upper-right quadrant. This painting is in good, virtually original condition, and ready to hang.
Presented in an elaborate gilt frame with a nameplate.
