Condition
The canvas has not been lined. Ultra-violet light reveals a handful of minor scattered signs of retouching, notably two small strokes in the sky in the upper left quadrant, one in the upper right, and a cluster of tiny spots just above the horizon near the right edge. This painting is in good, otherwise virtually original condition, and is clean and ready to hang.
Presented in a black stained carved wood frame, with a gilt inner accent.
