Condition

Overall in good condition and presentation. As library or clerk desk lamps, each would have had a paper roll for date and year to its base, now lacking as visible in the catalogue illustration. The brown patina with the usual wear to high relief consistent with touching and cleaning. Each base has a hinged flap opening to a low sliding rectangular plaque for messages or date keeping, to be placed and removed. One of these flaps lacks a pullout knob, but can still be opened. The department encourages interested parties to use our online e-catalogue's zoom function to enjoy magnified and alternate views of this lot.
