Description

  • height 40 in.; width 7 ft. 11 1/4 in.; depth 29 1/4 in.
  • 102 cm; 242.5 cm, 74.5 cm
surmounted by a thick Levanto rouge de Liguria marble top, three frieze drawers above two cabinets and mirrored shelving units to each side, the carcass stamped 5122 to its back

Condition

Overall in good and fair condition with the usual minor scratches, dents and nicks to veneers and carcass consistent with age and use. The bronze mounts have retained their original gilding, but as consistent with age, use and environmental conditions, one can see light wear to high reliefs, light dirt to crevices and some minute oxidation points in places. The marble with the usual minor chips to edges, scratches to surface consistent with age and use. Missing bottom part to three of the four rounded glass shelves. This lot has incurred water damage, and as such most of the bronze mounts have oxidized. Please note that, as stated in the guarantee line, the gilded decoration is not bronze but applied giltwood.
