The gilt bronze has retained its original gilding, but as consistent with age, use and environmental conditions, one can see light wear to high reliefs, light dirt to crevices and some minute oxidation points in places. Original cut glass crystal, undamaged. Note that one of the three vase flower stands shows discoloration to its circular base and is visible in the catalogue illustration.
