Condition

There are some occasional and minor chips to the edges of the applied leaves and florettes, most of which are restored. The covers: There is some occasional and minor flaking to the enamels . One has a minuscule chip to the edge of the bird's right wing. The other cover has an approximate 1/5-inch flat chip to the underside of the cover, which isn't visible from the exterior. The same cover has an approximate 1/2-inch restored area on the edge of the bird's left wing and restoration to two of the blue branches, which connect the 'snowballs' to the main leafy branch, upon which the bird is perched. The vases: One vase has restoration to all four colorful birds, excluding the yellow canaries, on the tips of their wings and tails, all of which are very well restored. There is a small loss to one of the blue branches, where it touches one of the 'snowballs'. The other vase has restoration to most of the blue branches; restorations are very well done and some extend further to the adjacent leaves or flowers. All the birds have restoration to the edges of their tails and wings, all of which are very well restored and hard to spot.
