Provenance

New Art Centre, London
Gimpel Fils, London, 16 March 1998

Condition

Unexamined out of frame. The sheet cockles slightly, with a single pinhole visible in the top right corner. There is some possible blooming to the black pigment, particularly visible along the right hand edge, with staining to the aforementioned pinhole in the top right corner, most probably in line with some old tape. There is a tiny possible crease to the centre of the top edge, with some further light staining and traces of studio detritus. This excepting the work appears in very good overall condition. Set behind glass in a cream mount and white painted wooden frame.
