Condition

Original canvas. There is very minor surface dirt, and a few light traces of studio detritus. There are some minor traces of isolated craquelure, including to the centre of the right hand extreme edge, to the lower left quadrant and immediately to the right of the downward pointing arrow. There is a further, tiny spot of reticulation to the light blue, only visible upon very close inspection. This excepting the work appears in very good overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals a tiny area of fluorescence and probable retouching to the centre of the top hand edge. Housed in a thick gilt wooden frame.
