Condition

Lacking electrical flex. Not tested or guaranteed for electricity. The leather strips have lost their stitching and are dry and with cracks and dirt. Housing of hoover with general scratching and marks commensurate with age. Felt discolored and dirty. Plastic hose lightly scratched. Internally sound.
