Condition
Oil on academy board. The paint surface is in good overall condition with no apparent damage or loss of paint apart from creases at all four corners which has resulted in a minor loss upper left. There is also frame abrasion along the top most edge. Otherwise there are some minor scattered surface scratches. Examination under ultraviolet confirms retouching to the aforementioned areas of damage and reveals retouching to a old minor horizontal tear centre right and some further scattered flecks of cosmetic retouching. There is a discoloured vanish overall. Offered in a plane wood frame in good condition.
