Condition
Original canvas.
There are minor signs of surface dirt and studio detritus, with one or two tiny flecks of loss to the thicker tips of impasto, only visible upon closer inspection. There is very minor varnish discolouration in the top left corner. There is craquelure appearing to the thicker impasto in the bottom left quadrant, with one or two minor traces appearing elsewhere to the work, and a tiny isolated trace of reticulation to the blue pigment in the bottom left quadrant. This excepting the work appears in very good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals traces of florescence which appear in keeping with the nature of the material and artists technique and do not suggest retouching.
Housed in a painted wooden frame.
