Condition

Wear consistent with age and use within the culture. A shallow, stable crack to the proper left side of the face. A crack, open in places, to the centre of the figure, running from the neck, through the navel, to the genitals; loss to the corner of the base/fore-part of the proper right foot, with an open crack to the same, all visible in the catalogue illustration. Small chips and losses in places. Black patina, worn in a few places, revealing lighter coloured wood underneath.
