Condition

Watch sealed in Patek Philippe plastic bag and box. Movement running at the time of cataloguing however it was not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's expense. Case, dial, and movment in very good condition. The present lot cannot be shipped outside the United States.

Catalogue Note

With the Certificate of Origin, original presentation box with outer packaging, leather folder with product literature, and an Extract from the Archives confirming date of sale on 30 July 2008. The present lot is offered in original factory sealed box.

Ref. 5139 was launched in 2008 as the replacement for Ref. 5039. It is three millimeters larger in diameter than its predecessor, and is made only in white gold. 

According to our research, the present lot is the first example of Ref. 5139 to be offered at auction.
