The magnificent plates in this edition are after drawings by G.P. de Villa-Amil and show views of Cordoba's Mezquita, the Alhambra in Seville, together with exterior and interior views of monasteries and churches in Toledo, Zaragoza, Madrid, Valladolid, Burgos and general subjects including scenes of a bull fight and a market.
