L.C.Vesey would seem to be Louisa Catherine Vesey (c.1829-1920), youngest daughter of the Reverend Hon. Arthur Vesey, son of Thomas Vesey, 1st Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix in Ireland. Her father was the rector at Abbey Leix. A few drawings towards the end of the album show Irish scenes, including one of the Abbey. Mediterranean locations include several views in Corfu, Valetta, Pantelleria and others. A full list is available onwww.sothebys.com
