Oblong folio (307 x 370mm.), 36 albumen prints (205 x 274mm., or the reverse), loosely mounted at corners on thick card mounts, recto and verso, many captioned and signed in the negative, contemporary brown morocco, upper cover stamped 'Constantinople' in gilt, spine with raised bands, brass studs to corners of lower cover, gilt edges, binding somewhat rubbed, lacking clasp
