Chancery folio (306 x 205mm.), 127 leaves (of 128, without initial blank), a-c10 d-o8 p10, 38 lines, roman letter, 2- to 8-line initial spaces, some early annotations, final blank leaf with contemporary manuscript list of popes, modern red morocco by the Cockerell Bindery with a note at the back dated December 1986 describing the previous binding of brown sheep with samples of the binding pasted in, modern brown buckram folding box, a few edges uncut, small section removed from foot of first leaf and neatly repaired, a few small stains on first leaf
