Catalogue Note
Both works are very rare. ISTC records only two complete copies of this edition of Manipulus curatorum, the other in the Bibliothèque municipale of Rouen, plus a fragment in the Bodleian. This is one of only two copies of this edition of the Expositio hymnorum, the other is in Charleville Bibliothèque municipale.
The Expositio hymnorum was printed more than fifty times in the fifteenth century, in France, Germany and Spain; a version for the use of Sarum was also produced in the late 1490s.
Morin was a prolific printer between 1491 and his death in 1520; for Sarum Missals printed by him, see lots 104 and 107.
