Ancienne collection de Monseigneur de Bruillard puis de monsieur Rousselot d'après une inscription à l'arrière.

Condition

The painting is in overall good condition. It is painted on a panel made with two vertical prepared planks with an addition in the lower part (mentioned in the catalogue). We note a reinforcement cross at the back. We can slightly see the vertical junction between the two planks. It has been properly cleaned recently. No visible restoration. Under UV light: There are one very thin retouch along the junction previously mentioned. Some thin retouching along the edges.
