Good condition for an object of this rare type. Vertical age crack running the height of the body. Small losses to relief carving. Marks, nicks, scratches, wear and abrasions consistent with age and handling. Small losses to fiber bindings. Fine varied medium brown patina. Indistinct handwriting in old script in black ink on underside.
