Condition

Good condition for objects of this type and age. Surfaces weathered. Proper left ear of male figure broken and glued. Both figures with abrasions to ears. Vertical age cracks including to body of female figure, to proper left side of the head of the male figure, and to proper left side of the plinth of each figure. Proper left thumb of female figure broken and glued. Shallow circular cavity to the top of the head of the male figure, and three such cavities to the head of the female figure. Marks, nicks, scratches, surface abrasions, and small chips throughout consistent with age and ritual use. Dry, aged dark brown patina with some remains of insect casings.
