the walnut and ivory medallion on a narrow raspberry field, with walnut spandrels, palmette-filled end panels and a saffron stylized floral border.

Condition

Pile generally good, 1/8th of an inch, with dark browns oxidized to knotheads and foundation. A few scattered areas of horizontal foldwear showing spot foundation. Reselvaged. Partial original flatwoven end finishes with some losses, ends now secured with cross stitch. Very supple handle, will enhance with cleaning. Sound fabric and good condition.
