The slant front opening to four pigeonholes above a long drawer flanked by a bank of three drawers on either side, the case fitted with a pair of short drawers above three long graduated drawers; the sides fitted with bail carrying handles, the whole raised on bracket feet.  The back with painted initials E.J.A.

Condition

Overall very good condition; beautiful color and nice soft wax surface; handles replaced; the slant front with a two small patches to the top edge to the left side; side panels with two thin age cracks; side panels with some old inpainted scuffs; overall with some wear, nicks and bruises to extremities.
