decorated with red, green, yellow and blue stylised strapwork on white grounds, the cavettos of the twelve plates painted with the civic arms of Moscow, St Petersburg, Astrakhan, Vladimir, Pskov, Kazan, Nizhni Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Tchernigov, Kharkov, Poltava and Kiev, within roundels inscribed in Russian 'Great is the Russian land, and sunshine is everywhere', the cups and saucers decorated to match, all with factory marks and numbers

Excellent condition, very light wear consistent with age.
