of bulbous form on spreading circular foot, the sides nielloed with two views of the Moscow Kremlin within leaf scroll roundels and strapwork, fitted with a ladle rest with pierced inscription in Russian 'Beer is no miracle, honey be not praised, for it is love above all that holds dear', the ladle with shaped handle, 84 standard

Condition

Excellent condition. The gilding worn. A very small dent, approximately 70mm in diamater, to the interior of the bowl, just perceptible on the exterior.
