modelled as a bearded peasant boxer with one fist raised, his tunic painted with flowers, the rectangular base with gilt scrolls, with impressed factory marks
Condition
very bright and attractive, with plentiful detail and with particularly finely modelled face and hair; the base with a small depressed area, probably an inherent firing flaw; some small losses to glazing, including the edge of the boxing glove and the gilded base
