of bulbous form, centered with an enamel image of St. Anne surrounded by 19 diamonds, the arched spandrels and suspension pin also set with diamonds, the cross enameled bright strawberry red over a guilloché ground, the suspension ring 56 standard, the suspension pin engraved 22
