the hinged, reeded case set with a coin of Empress Elizabeth enameled in translucent strawberry red and dated 1747, struck K. Fabergé in Cyrillic with Imperial warrant, 88 standard, scratched inventory number 2713, also with Dutch control marks
Condition
some surface wear, particularly to enamel on coin, may have once been held in a leather slipcover
