Condition

The cardboard is sound. There are frame abrasions along the edges. There is minor craquelure in the trees at left and some impasto in the building and street lights. Examination under UV light does not reveal any apparent restoration. Held in a wood frame with plaster moulding and under glass. Unexamined out of frame.
