Condition
Original canvas. The paint surface is slightly dirty. There are minor abrasions to the upper left inner frame edge. There are lines of craquelure to the white pigment on the body of the horse. UV light reveals a number of small areas of infilling to the horse's face and around the neck area, further small areas of retouching are to the tail and in places elsewhere. Held in gold painted frame with mouldings. Unexamined out of frame.
