Condition

The surface is covered in a layer of varnish. There is minor paint loss along the edges, including some pin holes along the upper edge. There is minor craquelure. Under UV pigment fluoresces in the trees, tree reflections in the water, and in the lower right and upper right corner, though varnish prevents a conclusive analysis. Held in a gold painted wood frame. Unexamined out of frame.
