Condition

The full sheet, in good condition apart from attenuation in the background color. There are three pressure marks (two in the background at left, one in the upper right) that have broken through the printed surface, with minute ink losses. A fourth in the black of his nose breaks through the sheet entirely. A final pressure mark between his eyebrows has only cracked the ink surface, and all are only visible upon close inspection. The verso with pale discoloration, darkest at the sheet edges, slight skinning and hinge remains along the upper sheet edge.
