The complete portfolio, comprising 20 etchings with aquatint printed in colors, 1976-77, each signed in pencil and numbered 11/200, published by Petersburg Press, London and New York, on Inveresk mould made paper, loose (as issued), in a beige leather-covered portfolio box, with the title blindstamped on the cover (20 prints)

Condition

The full sheets, most in good, fresh condition. Minor imperfections in individual plates are as follows: Franco-American Mail - with scattered pale foxing along the lower margin, a few areas of oxidation in the side margins, and a tiny tear at the upper left sheet edge. Discord Merely Magnifies - with a very pale area of oxidation at the right sheet edge. The Buzzing of the Blue Guitar - with three small areas of oxidation in the upper margin and along the upper plate mark. A Picture of Ourselves - with pale discoloration in the plate from the right half of the nude figure to the red curtain at right. Etching is the Subject - with a single fox mark in the lower left margin. A Moving Still Life - with very pale scattered foxing along the upper margin, only visible upon close inspection. The portfolio with two long surface scuffs on the cover and minor surface soiling, remains of adhesive on the lower right side corner.
