Condition

The print is in good condition with margins. A curved 1 1/2 inch long surface scratch in the image at lower left, and the sheet thinned verso with a pale mottled fox mark showing through to the recto at left-most pier. The margins with pale light-stain. The lower left sheet edge with a tiny skillfully repaired tear, linen-backed. The print was exhibited in a Sotheby's exhibition frame, but is sold with a separate wooden frame.
